Gift Card - Customer can enter the recipient's email
Currently there is no way for a customer when purchasing a gift card to enter the email and message of the intended recipient. They instead have the gift card sent directly to the person that purchased it, which they then have to either forward or write down and give to the recipient in person.
Any modern website that sells e-gift cards should have this feature built in already. The whole point of digital gift cards is when you can't gift someone a physical gift card in person.
So I'm suggesting adding a box for the purchaser to enter in the recipient email along with any message that they would like to include in the email.

Suzanne CannizzoPlease add a recipient email address and area for a gift message on the 1st page not at checkout, this current format is very confusing!
Thank you -

CandiceYes, this needs to be added as soon as possible! It can be a bit of a pain for the customer after they have purchased a gift card to then have to forward it on to the recipient. It takes away from customer experience and may deter them from wanting to return to purchase gift cards in the future.

PeterYep this is a basic need really.
I've just had a customer email to ask why such a 'transactional' email is received by them and not their friend and why the gift message is not on it.
Also the ability to alter the image to something appropriate to your show would be nice. -
