Faster answer to website problems.

In my experience I get good service from Tech support but my only issue is that it takes days to get an answer to website problems. If your site has an issue that is affecting potential sales you need answer asap. Can the process be made quicker? At a time where I cannot be the only one to be approached to move sites, it is something that needs addressing.
