I have recently upgraded my computer. To access my ekm account I no longer have access to the app. Now I have to go through the ekm website everytime to access my account

Hi Liz, I've marked this suggestion as 'not planned' as if you get in contact with the Customer Support Team, they will be able to show you how to best log into your EKM online shop account via a screen share. :)
