Ability to print picking and packing lists

This is for trade and warehouse rather than printing invoices for the customer

This is needed not just for trade, but also when an order is being sent as gift.
We need to be able to select ‘print a packing slip’ with the comments (ie gift message) to print without the invoice values.

Would help if the image was included on the order for picking purposes, in order to prevent the wrong item from being picked.
