There should be a one-click send invoice copy button on order screen

If this could be integrated with PayPal invoicing or some other e-invoice system so that the customer can pay the invoice directly online would be good.

The system should auto attach an invoice to the conformation email

it is much more professional & convenient for both customer & business to automatically attached PDF copy to outgoing emails, i have mentioned this dozens of times over the years eg when i buy of screwfix or toolstation or many other companies they now auto send an copy of your receipt which is so much better for trading. There also used to be click here to print order on the confirmation page!

You can send a PDF invoice to your customer automatically by ensuring that the 'Attach Invoice PDF' box is checked on the Settings > Advanced Settings > Outgoing Emails page of your EKM online shop. :)
