Improvements to Email Templates -"Test" Email template Button

We cannot see what email content is being sent to customer without trying on Live site. This is bad practice.
Even using Test Websites, one cannot create orders, hence cannot experience what a customer sees when receives email from an order / status update email.
Need functionality to send a test email for each template (in background could be set to customer main store email address, and a “dummy“ order content and dummy customer contact data)
This emulate Business functionality used for email Marketing where we can send a Test email prior to mass mailing, So would request we should also be able to do on our all our email Templates in both TEST ( and LIVE) website.
