Change the default bulk discount to % Percentage

By default the bulk prices are set to Fixed Price, which means it is difficult to process price increases effectively. Is it possible to switch this over in bulk and by default?

Hi Vince, this has been done. If you click the Bulk Discounts tab in the Add/Edit Product window or a Product without Variants, you'll see that you can select whether the discount is for a unit price or a percentage off. :)
