Improvement to Customer Support Notices of Issues

Would EKM please improve their customer support notices. If EKM know about a issues then pleae notify us via email.
Latest is loss of images when one edits the title of a product. All image links are lost! (Also happens when copying new product).
This was limited to server being upgraded , so should be easily to notify those who would be impacted. Rather than for us to find product with missing images.
Given was know issues please can EKM pre warn us and be more active in sending out issues alerts ⚠️!
Knot knowing just causes everyone impacted more work when a simple email could have limited extent of impact.
