Great Idea - as an EKM customer for many years we have accumulated regular customers who have for whatever reason set up a number of Accounts - without needing them. That means they get confused in looking up past orders to repeat - and also confuses the Wishlist functionAs a supplier it means we cannot accurately chart a customers Sales History - and further confuses Marketing to customers who have appeared to have not traded at all - or not traded for some time - receiving unwarranted emails
