Integrating guides
I do not like your online guides because you start from one page then you find other links which takes you somewhere else then you have to get back to the other link....leaving your customers feeling very frustrated. Also I have just seen the advert for get social and told to go to the help guides but it is not there either...just a broken link. In an idea world you should have one guide lets say for facebook so that customer can print off and work through without losing the will to live

Eve Bolan AdminHi Wendy, I've marked this Suggestion as 'not planned' as the Team here has already reported the broken link and that will be fixed shortly. In regards to the Guides themselves, there's a limit on how big they can be; for example, an entire Guide dedicated just to Facebook would be huge, as it would involve setting up Facebook Pages, Facebook Shops, Facebook Business Manager, linking to your EKM online shop and so on. Facebook as a platform is huge now with many facets, which is why there are so many different Guides for it.
However, if you're using a PC, if you right-click a link on a Guide and from the menu that appears, select 'Open in new tab', the new Guide will open on a separate browser tab, so you can easily see where you started from and not get lost. I hope this helps! :) -
