Add percentage discount option when creating a quote

When creating a quote, you can add a discount on the transaction, but only by entering in an amount. I'd like the ability to add a % off without having to calculate 10% off then add the amount in myself.

You currently allow a user to input a value as a discount, I just want to option of adding a percentage off and the computer to work that out. I would think more companies would offer a percentage off than a value off. This would stop us having to calculate a % discount and entering the value.
