Delivery charge before vat to be shown on customer invoices

Delivery charges on customer invoices and back end of shop has been changed to only show the cost excluding vat. Could we also have the price including vat please, as it used to be, and as it is when the customer views the cart. Customers are confused by this and it wastes much of my time working out the full cost on every order.

An option to have the delivery bandwidths for either including or excluding VAT would be good (or just including would suit us). We have VATable and zero rated items, which could be confusing to customers, as the total order value for free delivery can change, depending on what is ordered. We get very few, if any, B2B orders, where they might understand the varience reason.

I will definitely upvote this but to be honest this should be classed as a system bug because i can’t understand any logic for it being a design feature.

This certainly needs to be rolled out as soon as possible. As it stands, the invoice shows inaccurate information to customers, which simply isn't right.
