Improvements to Checkout Additional Information Fields - Conditional Based on Country

Ability to vary ( or put optional) Checkout "Additional Information Fields" based on country shipping to.

eg; If NI, EU , or other International can put additional Question to specific Countries eg.

Eg Box saying "Please confirm you are Purchasing as a Business (not Consumer)" If on only want to deal B2B Internationally and not B2C
or "Please Enter you EOIR number" prior to checkout. But only shown internationally.

Presently all "Additional Information Fields" are show to all checkouts, whether relevant ot not. Ideally can be tailored per country, or at a Min Home Country vs International.

We have checkout questions which are only relevant to overseas customers so this would simplify the checkout process for customers where this info isn't relevant (eg info for shipping overseas duties etc) and hopefully result in less abandonment due to checkout being too complicated
