Provide the ability for merchants to send 'pay now' links to customers using EKM Pay

For merchants that regularly create quotes, a 'pay now' link specific to the cart page containing the invoiced items allows their customers to quickly and easily complete the transaction/

Definitely need this! Customers expect it, and saves me time waiting for a phone call and having to input customer's card details manually. -
