Ability for us to Amend Customer Review Fields
We would like customer's just to leave their first name (or initials) rather than their full name when leaving a review. Our competitors can easily find our customers through their full name and area they live in via our reviews.

Rachel MergedCurrently there is no way of only showing a customers first name on their reviews - it automatically shows whatever they put in (full name, sometimes business name) and this leaves us open to competitors contacting these customers directly (which one of our major competitors is known to do!) so we are not able to approve reviews of some of our biggest customers.

Eve Bolan Admin MergedHi Rachel, I've marked this as 'Not Planned' as a customer can add their first name to the Name field on the Customer Reviews feature; they don't have to add their surname, but the default text in this field suggests that they should. If you want to amend the default text in this field, contact the Customer Support Team and they will be able to do this for you. :)

Rachel MergedHi Eve - customers full names are auto-populated when they click to leave a review directly from the email - this is a request to give the shop owner more control over the details published, not the customers.
