Delivery - Product location

We have some of our product located in Germany, so shipping cost is higher. A delivery option that allows us to base delivery not just on destination but also on starting location.

Have the ability to have multiple warehouse options available that will estimate the shipping cost from the warehouse to buyer location.

We have one warehouse in Germany, so being able to state a that product is shipped from another country would be useful. We can set shipping cost appropriately.
