Apply more than one 'requirement' to a discount code

Ie. Cart value above £X AND existing customer only etc. At the moment you can only choose one requirement which is making it difficult to make specific discounts for existing customers.

For example, create a discount whereby a customer receives £5 off a £50 spend but it only applies to specific products. This is for existing customers only so they will enter a voucher code at the checkout to trigger the money off- but only if they have purchased specific items.
