Improve FAQ Page Features on Aerial Theme
It would be helpful if there was an option to have drop-down answers to FAQ's so customers don't have to scroll through an incredibly lengthy page to find answers to their queries. It would also be helpful if categorisation could be used here to easily organise FAQ's.

Hi Eve. I have tried for hours to follow this guide following the instructions in the article exactly but it does not work. The order of the FAQ's has totally changed. Also, this does not make the user experience much better. Customers still have to scroll back to the top of the page to find further questions. It is quite a basic feature so cannot see why it can't be implemented? We have too many FAQs for the above option. -

Eve Bolan AdminHi Rachel, in the meantime, this Guide might be useful: https://support.ekm.com/support/solutions/articles/44001906885 - using this, you can create a list of your FAQs at the top of the Webpage, and then link these to the relevant headers within the text. :)
