The current way of adding an 'Agree to Terms and Conditions' checkbox has a few issues - it can only be added into 'additional info' section where is seems an odd placement, also it results in order summary being reloaded when it is clicked which adds time to checkout process and suggests price is affected , they have to scroll down on that page to even see it which is frustrating as it needs to be mandatory (all reasons to increase cart abandonment rate) - it should be at the payment section just before checking out - this is standard practice on most e-commerce platform checkouts.
