Click n Drop integration - EKM improvement auto order dispatch email.
When using the Royal Mail Click n Drop system integrated with the EKM orders to produce my dispatch labels, the RM system sends back to EKM the posting tracking information to which is added to the customer order.
Can I suggest an improvement to this system to help the professional and complete customer satisfaction. Can the EKM system when it receives the information from RM then automatically generate a customer email confirming dispatch and then send this tracking info to the customer when the order is updated. This will save the wasted time the manual generation of this email to the customer takes.
