SKU for Click and Drop
As Royal Mail Click and Drop only works when a product has a dedicated SKU, could we have an additional SKU column within Advanced Inventory Manager that we could use to quickly add SKU's to each product. Having an easy way to add SKU's to products when, like us that have several thousand seperate items would be so much quicker than editing each listing one at a time. Also as Click and Drop requires each sale to be set at processing to be enabled to be transfered to the Click and Drop site could the initial stage be changed from 'PENDING' to 'PROCESSING'.

Eve Bolan AdminHi Gary, A quicker way of adding lots of SKUs at once is to use Import/Export and follow the steps in this Guide: https://support.ekm.com/support/solutions/articles/44001095593 - as for the Click & Drop Suggestion, that is not something we plan to work on as not every customer uses Royal Mail Click & Drop; 'Pending' on an order means it needs your attention for you as the shop owner to process it. :)

Gary LarkinsGreat Idea on the excel fix but our problem is we are running an ancient 1991 version of office which no longer gets updated and it's full of glitches. We can't really run to subscribing to the latest office cloud as we don't use it that much to justify the expense

Paul WestwellProduct Code is editable in Advanced Inventory Management, and is pulled through to C&D as the SKU.
Also, you can change which order status is pulled through in the Integration settings for EKM within C&D.
