Add filters and tools to identify and delete inactive customers and old orders

Managing data retention for GDPR compliance is currently very manual. Please consider adding:

- A filter for customer sign-up date
- A filter for customers with zero orders (inactive or purged/no order history)
- The ability to combine filters (e.g. customers who signed up over 12 months ago and are inactive)
- Tools to purge or mask old orders and customers by date range

These improvements would help store owners manage customer data more efficiently and align with best practice data minimisation principles. Thanks!
