Upfront display of location based shipping estimate to increase overseas sales

This would make overseas buyers MUCH more likely to order. Can be based on IP or even easier, just select a flag next to the price choosing country location. "Estimated shipping USD/£ 0.00"* *subject to checkout address. If customer logs in, then their location is already known, making it more accurate - in which case it can be an upfront display based on current address. If it's a flat fee per overseas country, even easier.
