Show/Hide Variants

The ability to show/hide Variants instead of deleting them; if not wanting them to be shown on a live product.

Also the option to easy hide/show them whilst inside the Advance Inventory Manager

I have same issue i am not getting all variant products for another season. I DO NOT want to delete the variant which is presently only way to stop people ordering it. I used to be able to "hide" an individual product variant in Magento. If have a Hat in 4 sizes ( S,M,L,XL) I run out of Small I justy was to STOP selling S (Small) The rest of my Site i still want to allow Back order on other "out of stock" Products. Deleting is wrong as it will be back in stock at some point.
