Please could you return the tracking numbers when Royal Mail sends you the "dispatched" info via the API, and then make it a feature to be able to send automatic dispatch emails with it on? The process is almost there, this would take the remaining manual work away from us, which is invaluable at e.g. Christmas

PaulThis works with Click and Drop on our eBay account, so no reason why this couldn't be implimented on EKM. When the parcels are manifested, eBay is updated with the tracking, marked as dispatched and customer notified. It would save lots of time and provides the best level of customer service. LeighPITA to have to manually enter every tracking no - as mentioned before, it works well with eBay so any reason why we can't have it on EKM?
