Upgrade Trade Discount System

At present the current system only allows for creating trade customers with varying levels of discounts. This is just an extension to the discount management feature!

The following should be considered:
Loyalty points - it should be possible to disable them for trade customers, however currently you have to assign a different order status to the orders manually.

Payment Options - some trade accounts get 30/60 days payment terms to be paid by BACS. Currently there is no way to choose a payment method based on Trade Discount groups, the pay by telephone option isn't a viable workaround.

Postage Policies - currently there is no way to specify alternative delivery methods based on trade groups.

Trade section for products only available to trade customer groups, hidden categories could be password protected for trade customers, currently this isn't possible.

What might be needed is a separate shop for trade customers, currently this and features mentioned are not supported by ekm
