Improved specific combination of products for discount codes

For example, being able to qualify you require a specific product in your basket AND at least one product from another category.

It would be helpful if you could set up an offer in Discount management against specific items that have total cost in the basket to then qualify for a free item or discount.

EG Spend £44.99 in Band Merch and recieve a specific or choice of items free.

At present this only works site wide.
