Update the Orders section to show whether customer emails have been delivered or bounced
It would be useful to know whether emails such as order confirmations sent by the EKM platform have been successfully delivered to the customer or bounced by their email provider.
Please can you display this information in the Orders section so I know as to whether I need to follow up with the customer if they haven't received these emails.

DougThis needs to be an "active" immediate alert, not ability to display information in the Orders section ( see notes on suggestions that were merged into here)

PeterIf it could display 'opened', as well as just delivered (or bounced), then that would be good too as sometimes it sits in a junk folder unopened which is almost as useless as it bouncing.

DougPLEASE GET THIS FIXED!!! Another Bounced email unable to contact the customer via email - and only find out AFTER item is sent!!! When manually email them.
Eve - where are my merged comments? Are the hidded on backend?
