More advance editor for order progress emails
The best sales email tool we have is order Statius updates email as they have a higher % open than direct marketing emails. The EKM email tool for marketing emails has great functionality, enable this for order status emails so we can make better emails that could drive further sales!

James Jackson MergedFrom a branding perspective it would be perfect if we were able to customise the look and design and of our automatic response emails and general emails. Like you can now for the newsletter email, please if this could be applied to all emails would be amazing! Just makes the branding more consistent and professional as atm the emails are just text over a white background not looking the most professional. Many thanks

Tom MergedThe most valuable email we send out is an order status update, this is the email the customer is most likely to open. Therefore these emails should be editable in the email marketing suite to allow for adding images/products etc.

Craig MonkI would also like to be able to have separate emails templates for the different statuses, including custom statuses... as we need use a "order is ready for collection" status, with different information, but have to copy and paste the information in manually when we change the status

Rachel MergedThe current outgoing email editor is very limited - it's hard to see how the email template looks as there is no option to send a test email or preview button and in the editor it is filled with EKM tags and nothing is aligned as it should be. This also makes is so hard to edit the current default emails which are extremely basic as there is no way of knowing where your elements are within the email or how they will integrate.
