Reserving Products

We would like to see the functionality that would enable customers to reserve a Product within their Cart for a period of 5-10 minutes. Currently, if 2 customers add a product with a stock level of 1 to the cart, it's a situation of 'first come, first served'.

This causes issues if a customer needs to add multiple different items to the cart as, by the time they actually check out, 1 of the items may have already been purchased.

We have had a few times now where 2 customers check out with the same item at the same time and with the 10minute delay for stocks to be updated this is a problem.
