Improvements To Stock Control - Allow Purchase Out of Stock Items - Product variable not Store wide

"Allow Purchase" For Out of stock is needed when making items " made to order "( as they are not normally stocked! ) But by ticking this box,, ( Features, Stock Control) it is persently only store wide implementation.

So people can have a cart multiple items on order that some are TRUELY out of stock, and have to cancel WHOLE order. One cannot temp hide other out of stock items as may only be temp, or merely a variable eg one size. So rest of sizes still in stock ( hint please also implement this earlier request

Can be resolved by:
By making the "Allow Purchase" granular to the product level, this should allow " made to order " items to be purchased when out of stock, but other normal core stock in rest of store set to not permit to be purchased.
