  could a button be added to the checkout flow that adds a pre populated address into the delivery details of the store?

  To get around this we added in our delivery options 'Collection from Store'.
  Then we send an order update to let the customer know it's ready for collection.
  
  However if you have multiple stores, the ability to add store locations and show customer closest stores for collection would be a useful tool.

  This could also work with things like Argos Click and Collect where a customer can have their order sent to their nearest Argos collection point.

  A lot of customers are asking for a click & collect option for such places like Argos, Sainsburys, local Spar etc for their orders to be delivered to. Could this be something that could be integrated into checkout in the future?

  We use "click & collect" or "collect from our warehouse" option and this is free for customers. However, it does cause a problem because if customers are trying to estimate the shipping cost while in the basket, "click & collect" is the only shipping option they can see, because EKM in their wisdom think they should see only one option, and that is the cheapest option. So I get calls and emails asking how much we charge for delivery, which defeats the purpose of the shipping estimator!

  Hello - has anyone implemented a "click & collect" option workaround given the very limited functionality within EKM? It would be really helpful to know how you have got it to work. Thank you

  When customers select 'collect from store' as their method of collection ratrher than delivery, this should be displayed in the delivery address box on invoices/orders, not 'same as billing address'. Stating 'same as billing address' is actually wrong and causes confusion to our customers and staff who pick the orders. On occasion, orders have been sent out for delivery that customers wanted to collect wasting peoples time and money.
