  We are very keen to have the ability to easily see how many points are earned but unused. At present we don't know what our liabilities are and whether there are ten, hundreds or thousands of unused loyalty points sat on accounts. It would be best to have a customer-by-customer breakdown of this, but at the very least a total figure would be useful for accounting purposes.

  At the moment, £1 spent = 1 point and you can change who much each point is worth, but if we could change the number of points you can earn this would allow for people to offer triple point weekends etc.

  Please add back end ability for example:
  Points out standing by customer
  Ability to send reminders to customers to use their points
  Ability to offer “Double” points for time period or on specific products

  at the moment loyalty points calculations are only store wide, but it would be good if we could have different values on items so i could do a Tescos like "double points on X Item" or "double points when item X is bought with item Y"...

  The loyalty points capabilities are pretty basic - we would like to offer incentives for example extra loyalty points for certain products (eg bulk versions) or for special offers, rather than discounts or even site-wide be able to double the number of points for a given promotion period. If we could incentivise signing up for an account or joining the ailing list by giving extra points without this having to be a long manual process, this would be beneficial too. Most other platforms offer this feature within their rewards schemes, particularly being able to have different points for certain products or product variations.
