a timestamp/log for the Customers Orders page for NOTES adding to order
a timestamp/log or the Orders page as well as the ability to email updates on an Order & making the Order Notes editable/non-editable
often number members of staff review at same time the notes of a order and the last person to leave the order within the ekm system has their notes automatically added even if they never edited them whilst another person could have added notes and these get lost
like how emails are sent to customers for order status updates, why not have all communication date stamped and easily viewable from the 1 single order page with a add note and then it can be time stamped and the staff users name can be applied against the note
