Customized Checkout Flow
I would like to be able to somehow alert customers to add my email address to their email account so that confirmation emails don't end up in their spam folder. Too many people are not getting messages or tracking numbers because they are going straight into their spam folder.

You can add a message on either the Order Summary or the Order Complete pages (or both) of your Checkout Flow. The guide is here: https://support.ekm.com/support/solutions/articles/44000856404 :)
