Customer pick own product bundle

I would love to see the product bundle feature improved so that customers can pick their own bundle with a set discount rate. So often I get asked by people to provide a gift set - this is almost impossible with my range of products for me to pick what people would like to put together, and as my prices vary so much between products I can't just offer a bundle for a set price and get them to let me know what they want. For my customers to have the choice and pick say 3 items that I can offer with a small discount and a gift box as a ready-made gift to be sent on their behalf would increase my sales so much over gifting periods!
