Sort out refunds

Unable to process refunds since the update last year. It is becoming tedious to have to go into clear accept find the order and reference details and ask them to process the refund. Also since the update when you mark a refund as refunded the products disappear from the print out. it never used to do this and it means that i have to manually write the products on the refund. this is fast becoming a reason to leave ekm, along with all the other updates that have made processes slower.
