Add options for mobile and desktop blog image

Currently the aspect ratio for the blog image for desktop and mobile is different and there is no option to add an alternative image for mobile - this means the images are cut off or we have to make them so small on desktop to fit for mobile which doesn't look right. The same applies for blog previews on the home page, the images here have the same aspect ratio as on mobile.
